Delivery

Delivery is free on orders over £25.00 regardless of how many cases you order. We deliver ONLY in Guernsey. So if you live in the Arctic Circle and think you've discovered a great place for cheap wine, think again. And we've got our own free ice thank you very much!

Standard deliveries are made Monday - Saturday, 9.00am - 6.00pm, we are closed on Sundays. Our Flagship Store is open on Bank holiday Mondays 10.00am - 1.00pm.

Orders received before 9.30am are usually delivered same day. Other orders will be delivered next working day. When ordering online please complete the "Driver Instruction" section. Here you can notify us of an estimated preferred delivery time or a safe place to deposit your order should you not be in.

If you do not complete this section and are not in, the driver will leave a card and you can organise a more convenient delivery time/day within the times stated.

Estimated and preferred times may vary. Although our drivers will do their very best to arrive around your preferred time, they are not taxi drivers. Please allow for slow moving tractors, buses, roadworks and diversions.

The free delivery service only applies to goods delivered to one recipient at a single address.

If the order is to be delivered to an address other than your home e.g. a gift or when you are not available to receive the order we reserve the right to confirm your instructions by telephone. This procedure is to protect minors from alcohol in the absence of adults.
